The Gender Equality Charter is a set of commitments aimed at improving the retention and advancement of women lawyers.

Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (SPCA)

The SPCA is a charity that helps protect animals who are sick, injured, lost, abused or simply abandoned. The SPCA is the only charity with the power to prosecute people under the Animal Welfare Act 1999.

BVA The Practice prosecutes regularly on the behalf of the SPCA to help advance the welfare of all animal in New Zealand.

AMINZ is the leading body in New Zealand for people working in dispute resolution. AMINZ is also the leading proponent for explaining and advocating dispute resolution whilst also working to ensure best practice.

With an AMINZ appointed dispute resolution practitioner, BVA The Practice values and specialises in all forms of dispute resolution.

FairWay Resolution Limited is an independent, employee-owned company providing specialist conflict management and dispute resolution services.

BVA The Practice works with FairWay to provide mediation services as Ben Vanderkolk is an appointed FairWay Practitioner.
